Our marathon training programme will commence shortly giving a 20 week period to be fully prepared for the big day. Our half marathon training plan will commence with 14 weeks to the big day and out 10KM will commence with 12 weeks to the big day.
We have a dedicated and highly experienced group of professionals to guide you through the lead up time.
Our team will provide online support in the key areas of diet, training programmes, body conditioning programmes to supplement your running / walking programme and injury prevention and rehabilitation.In conjunction with the online support we will also support our participants via Ezine monthly publications and our facebook link. In other words… together we will not only enjoy the Great Limerick Run, but you will also get the best preparation possible!
