We have a dedicated and highly experienced group of professionals to guide you through the lead up time. Our training plans will ensure you are in top condition come race day and ready to give it all in the Great Limerick Run.

Our team will provide online support in the key areas of diet, training programmes and body conditioning programmes to supplement your running / walking programme as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation.

In conjunction with the online support we will also support our participants via E-zine publications and our Facebook link. In other words… together we will not only enjoy the Great Limerick Run, but you will also get the best preparation possible!
