Half Marathon
13.1 miles or 21 kilometers through a mixture of Limerick's city center, riverside, suburb and countryside locations. The course initially heads south taking the participants past Old Crescent Rugby Club and then heading back to the city along the St.Nessans Road, Ballinacurra Road and O'Connell Avenue. Over the last 10 kilometers the participants will enjoy a host of landmark sites including fantastic view of King Johns Castle, Thomond Bridge, Sarsfield Bridge, The Treaty Stone, Thomond Park as well as traveling along the wonderful riverside Clancy Strand and O'Callaghan Strand. The half marathon finishes on Limerick's main street O'Connell Street.
